Can’t find what you’re looking for? Drop me a message and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

How much is delivery, and where do you post to?

UK delivery is free and takes 2–3 working days. Delivery to Europe is £9.99 and takes up to 7 working days. Everything goes tracked. Since July 2026 the EU charges a €3 customs duty on small parcels from outside the EU, which is why I can’t offer a cheaper EU rate any more. I can’t post directly to the US or the rest of the world at the moment, but lots of lovely shops stock Wonderie, so have a look at Find a shop.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Orders are posted within 1–3 working days. Up to 4 cloths fit through a letterbox, so even if you’re out it’ll usually be waiting for you when you get home.

How do I pay?

We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Will I pay customs if I’m outside the UK?

There may be import taxes or duties to pay on delivery depending on where you live. They’re usually small because the parcels are light.

Can I return something?

Of course. Just email me first. Cloths need to be unused and in their original condition, and return postage is paid by you.

What sizes are the cloths?

Standard cloths are 1 × 1 m, great on a table or the floor. Long cloths are 1 × 1.5 m, and Giants are 1.5 × 1.5 m, which is brilliant over a play frame or for a den. Each product page shows which size it is.

Can I wash them?

Yes. Wash at 30°C, tumble dry low and iron on a low heat if you like them crisp.

What age are they for?

From birth. The Everlasting Cake set is from 3 years, as it includes small pieces. As with any toy, please supervise little ones.

Why organic cotton?

Organic cotton is grown without chemical fertilisers or pesticides, which protects the soil, local wildlife and the farmers who grow it. It also uses less water.

What about the dyes?

The cloths are printed with low-impact reactive dyes. They contain no heavy metals or known toxic substances, need lower temperatures and less water than conventional dyes, and are approved under GOTS.

What does GOTS certified mean?

GOTS (the Global Organic Textile Standard) is the leading standard for organic textiles. It traces the cotton all the way from the field to the finished cloth, checks that workers are safe and paid a living wage, and bans harmful chemicals.

Do you sell to shops?

Yes, I’d love to hear from you. Have a look at Become a stockist.
